Because we maintain the highest standards of product safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used products. However, your satisfaction means everything to us, and we’ll always do our best to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges

Unopened and unused items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be in their original packaging, with no signs of tampering.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at support@cococlubtan.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or refund once verified.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and process any eligible refunds to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
